Chuck is a retired business executive, with a heart and passion for helping others. In addition to his role as Board Chair of Clean Challenge, he serves on the board of MN Adult and Teen Challenge and Haiti Teen Challenge. Chuck holds degrees in Marketing and Finance from Minnesota State University of Mankato.
Jim Jefferis

Jim has been involved in Clean Challenge since its inception. He brings a wealth of professional experience from 40+ years leading significant change at 3M Company in a variety of innovative manufacturing and development environments. Jim has lived and worked much of his life overseas in multiple countries and speaks three languages. He has a passion for enjoying and protecting God's beautiful creation and working alongside many different cultures.
Craig Sulentic

Craig retired as the CEO/Partner of the Egan Company, which became one of the largest and fastest growing privately held construction companies in MN during his tenure. Craig's career in construction spans 40+ years. He's been on numerous boards, including Mn Adult & Teen Challenge, Haiti Teen Challenge, and others. He's served as an Elder for a church plant for 13+ years, and is responsible for organizing and funding a community food shelf near his home in MN. Craig holds a BS from Valparaiso University and an MSBA from Indiana University.
Cindy Beske

Cindy is passionate about helping children and families. She has been involved in Clean Challenge since its beginning as a key advisor, then as a board member. She's been traveling to Haiti since 2012 to support the work of Haiti Teen Challenge. Cindy built her career in healthcare management, acting as business manager for several dental offices. She holds degrees in Biology and Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University of Mankato.
John Domke

John has a business degree and built his career in the waste management business. He was an executive for SKB Environmental, a longtime leader in innovative processing, recycling, and total waste management solutions. John has an enormous amount of love for our Lord and Savior and this amazing earth He created!

Pastor Tim Hatt

Tim has been involved in a variety of international missions for over 30 years. He speaks 3 languages and has lived and worked in 4 countries. He served for 17 years as Missions Pastor of Hosanna Church in Lakeville, MN where he oversaw new Church Development and all International Mission Teams and Projects. In 2017 he founded the Palm Branch, a mission group that helps facilitate Missions and Ministries globally. Pastor Tim serves as a cultural advisor to the team.

Mary is a business/marketing executive with 30+ years of experience working in the healthcare and food industries. She transformed her life in 2015 to focus on helping others, and currently serves as vice president of marketing for MN Adult & Teen Challenge. Mary is passionate about diversity, social justice, and being part of the solution when it comes to helping others overcome systemic and environmental challenges. Mary holds a BA in business from Metropolitan State University and a MA in Leadership from Augsburg University.
